Why ZK 6.5.3 CE is not available for download in zkoss site and in mavensync?

6.5.3 CE is scheduled in September.

If you need it right now the source code is available for build in github. Or, you can download freshly (nightly) builds available in sourceforge.

And why it is available for PE/EE? I thought that all the versions release together.

The release schedules are not necessarily the same; basically the schedule for PE/EE also strongly depends on customers' demands.
