how to save spreadsheet data into postgres database?

Hi forum..

I'm a newbie to the this product.. i have downloaded zss-app-2.5.0 application and placed the war file in tomcat container..

i was able to view the data in the spreadsheet now.. how to save the data in excel sheet into a database like postgres application.

please let me know if this is possible or not please send me some links to explore the things on spreadsheet application..
