Hi,
My CEO told me that our application is not very pretty, the graphics somewhat outdated. We use all ZK components and this look is far from modern with the ZK EE 9.5.1 version
Do you recommend any plugin besides Bootstrap to color the elements on your site and make them responsive?
Can .css3 and html5 templates be used for better UI?

Have you checked out the theme-pack themes? https://www.zkoss.org/zkthemepackdemo/ And if you have a different preference you can customize it with CSS.
