Hi Senthil.
Question 1: Have you looked at www.zkoss.org/javadoc/latest/zkcal/. There is an event render, maybe the last one can suit your needs.
Question 2: Maybe you can or remove the DOM of the date bar using a jquery snippet. If you look, the bar has your styles. Using them, you can get the root node and navegate to the node you want to hide. I know, this is not the best solution, but it can works.
Is zk calendar the only option for you?. If not, you may try Angular UI Calendar (angular-ui.github.io/ui-calendar/) with ZK Angular binder (www.zkoss.org/zk-angular-demo/). Hope this helps, cheers.
