RecordFormatException

My excel file has only 1 image at top-left, when I export this file to excel file and download this, I get exception "SEVERE: >>org.zkoss.poi.hssf.record.RecordFormatException: 216 bytes written but getRecordSize() reports 30". How to I fix it? How to I remove that image when exporting? thanks!
