Hi
I think this has not been fixed but issue is closed on source forge
onBlur still occurs before onChange and the value passed is still the old value.
Are there any reasons why we cannot have it this way. i.e. onBlur after onChange so that first change comes to a custom constraint if any -> then on change -> on blur
I think this order is more natural.

Did you try on the 1.2 RC3 version released on May 16?
If so, please reopen the 1486616 Feature Request and add comment about why it is reopened.
