ZK Spring 4 was released in Jan. 2019 to support Spring 4/5 (core & security). Be aware that there are major changes in this version, see: https://www.zkoss.org/product/zkspring/releasenote/4.0

Please try this version out. If you run into any issue, please start a new thread with detailed configuration, reproducing steps and error message and we can take another look.
