Texbox maxlength does not work

Hi all,

I am trying to put a maxlength in a textbox but it does not work. I dont know why? I did test with some examples and It doesnt work either.

the code is : <doublebox maxlength="7" id="east" name="E" />

anyone knows?

This is not a textbox, your code is using a doublebox.

I think you should implement a custom constraint to validate the maximum value of a doublebox.
