As you can see from the link below, the file upload button works as expected.

Could you please check if the button works as expected in the provided url by using your browser?

If a file dialogue does not appear, then it is a issue with your browser, or an application is blocking it. Else could you please tell me what zk version you are using, and could you post your code?
