Theme javascript wpd file not found

I have tried both standard silvertail and sapphire themes but the browser throws an error that wpd file ton found.

   .../...../zkau/web/6f33aba4/js/zul.sapphire.wpd 404 (Not Found)

The theme is defined in zk.xml:

    <library-property>
 <name>org.zkoss.theme.preferred</name>
     <value>sapphire</value>
</library-property>

Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you.
