Desktop Recycle? per User I assume?

I can't tell based on the docs here http://books.zkoss.org/wiki/ZK_Developer's_Reference/Performance_Tips/Reuse_Desktops if implementing the desktopRecycle plugin will be done on a PER USER basis or across users (application basis) ?

Is it based on the user's session, if so that'll be cool.

I'd assume that's how it's recycled and not all users sharing the same desktop instance, but want to be certain. (Maybe the views if not dynamic are shared across user's but I'd assume each user would have its own ViewModel if a zul was bound to one?)
