When creating a new ZK Project in Eclipse Juno with ZK Studio the new project provides a certain layout, directories, and resources. In order that I may hold a full understanding of the ZK Project (rather then just "knowing" it works) can someone explain the ZK Project layout.

For example a new ZK Project has the following layout in Eclipse:
JAX-WS Web Services
Deployment Descriptor: [project name]
Java Resources
JavaScript Resources
Deployed Resources
build
WebContent

What is the purpose of each resource or directory?

For example both Deployed Resources and WebContent contain a "link" to index.zul. Why?

I still use Eclipse GALILEO end my layout in the Project Explorer view is simply:
Deployment Descriptor: [project name]
build
Java Resources: src
JavaScript Resources
WebContent
So the issues are JAX-WS Web Services and Deployed Resources, but is it a ZK Studio issue or the way Eclipse Juno create "web app projects" now?
