Concerning Commercial License

Hi,

Background: We're a new startup company and has limited budget initially...

I am looking into using ZK and buying the commercial standard license with add-on ZK JSP, that comes at the cost of $99 + $399 = $498 annually. As I am starting to using ZK, I am thinking of purchasing the license only upon getting our first customer. And I noticed ZK5 is a LGPL and would like to know if once we purchase the commercial license, can we use the ZK5 without paying?

Another question is what if we only have one customer (as in company) for our product, do we need to annually purchase the commercial license since we're hosting the application for them?
