Hi,

I would like to test ZK. I would like to convert an existing application into a ZK application.
Now the current implementation of the application uses a base template, Master Layout or Base Layout (everything the same - just different names). This base template contains all (more or less) static contents that are present on every page. Examples for that are the header, the footer, the menu in the header or a popup box that contains your status information.
I would like to create nearly the same look and feel in ZK such that no one needs to relearn the interface.
How can I solve that base layout problem in ZK in the best way?

Thank you in advance!

Bernhard

Hi,

thank you for your help. Do you know if there is an example that shows this approach?
