It's possible to change css style in Time Out messagebox or set default css styles in all messagebox??

you can override every zk component by CSS. just need to know each component's CSS class. There is a naming rule

But you can open browser developer tool to inspect it: image description

For your case, you can override it with the CSS sector:

.z-messagebox-window{
    /* CSS rules */
}
