ZATS with Spring Error No WebApplicationContext

I try zats on my Spring Application, my view model using @WireVariable to wire my Service

@WireVariable
private MyService myService;

It throws exception

org.zkoss.zats.ZatsException: No WebApplicationContext found: no ContextLoaderListener registered?

It look like Spring ContextLoaderListener did not registered. How to fix this?
