using shadow components without maven, is it possible?

Hi,

I'd like to learn to use the shadow technology, but I cannot find the zuti.jar to include it in my applications. The examples I found on the web only describe how to add the zuti dependency when you work with maven, I do not use maven. In such case, I assume that if I include the zuti.jar into my classpath may solve the problem, yet I cannot find from where to download this file. Any hints on this matter would be appreciated.
