I found the Problem. The parent site include the Meta-Tag <meta content="IE=8" http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible">.

If the Tag <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1"/>
is included then it works fine.

http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible">.

If the Tag <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1"/> content="IE=edge,chrome=1" />
is included then it works fine.
