Hi. In the IE 10 with datebox I have strange behavior in ZK 7.0.4, 7.0.5, 7.0.6 and 8.

In the fiddle

this begavior can be viewed. When browser window is not fullscreened, the cursor in the input date field appears through popup window when I show it by pressing calendar button.

Here my stackoverflow post with picture

In the google chrome or firefox popup calendar either doesn't override input box or doesn't show cursor which is behind the popup window.

How can I get from IE 10 the same picture?

Thanks for helping me and best regards.

ZK Team

this happens by default in all modern IEs and the IE team seem reluctant to fix this https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/details/841043/blinking-text-cursor-overlapping-with-div

the workaround seems to remove the focus from the input element, so that no cursor is shown

the ZK client API has a function that can be overridden to achieve this http://www.zkoss.org/javadoc/latest/jsdoc/zul/db/DateboxCtrl.html

I updated your example to do that: http://zkfiddle.org/sample/21g0stt/7-Another-new-ZK-fiddle

Hello gooamoko,

This is the default style of the datebox.

You could set the following style: .z-datebox-input {display: none;} but you will be removing important functionality.

Best Regards,
