It seem like zk combobox doesn't support grouping like http://harvesthq.github.io/chosen/ or listbox, grid, so I must custom this component. That's right?

Indeed you will have to create a custom component in order to complete this task.
Also this would be a very nice feature for future releases of the zk framework (Perhaps we could create a new forum post with new ideas that the developers of zk could implement in new versions).
