Visual Editor failure on Eclipse 64 bits (?)

Visual Editor view fails to initialize on Eclipse 64 bits.

My assumption is that Visual Editor plugin is not working on Eclipse 64 bits (Windows).I tried both on Juno 32 bits and Juno 64 bits (both fresh installs) following the exact same standard procedure you explain in the docs. It works well in 32 bits but it fails in 64 bits.

Here is the error I have:

Fail to initiate Visual Editor for this project (Unknown Error). Please check following condition of your project (etc...)

In addition when I set the focus in ZUL editor I get the following errors in Eclipse error log:
