You can remove the disabled extension, and install it again upon following steps:

1. unpack zk bind track crx file with zip tool
2. enable "developer mode" of Chrome
3. click "Load unpacked extension", the the extension will be installed and keep enabled.

you need to unzip the chrome-extension.cxt file (which is the packed chrome extension file)

e.g.

• rename it to chrome-extension.zip
• UNzip the contents into a folder (which is then the UNpacked extension) then
• select this folder when adding it to chrome via "Load unpacked extension"

alternative if you have 7zip installed ... right click the file chrome-extension.cxt and choose 7-Zip -> Extract to "chrome-extension"

Either way the unpacked extension folder's contents will look like this (including the manifest.json):
