After having deployed a new version of our application on WebLogic production servers. One of the servers was logging repeatingly "Page [Page w5YX] was destroyed because desktop was destroyed. It is usually caused by invalidating the native session directly. If it is required, please set Attributes.RENEWNATIVE_SESSION first." This server was doing a lot of garbage collection at the same time and finally we had to restart it which solved the problem.

What can we do avoid problem? We are using ZKEE 6.5.5

Thanks, Gérald

Hello gquintana,

From my personal experience i would strongly recommend that when you wish to deploy a new version of an application, the following steps should be applied:

  1. Stop the application server
  2. Back up the previous version, and log files if possible
  3. Clean up any temporary files and directories that the application server creates
  4. Upload the new version to the application server
  5. Start the application server

Best Regards,
