scrollIntoView problem with IE10

The Clients.scrollIntoView() not working correctly in IE10. Instead of scroll to the component, it scroll to the top of the page. It work correctly on other browser. Anyone have similar issues and any solution to this?

You can click on the link below to test. Just go to the test button at the bottom of the page and click. It suppose to scroll to a textbox but it scroll to the top in IE10.
