Grid sort problem

I have one grid. I append columns and rows to grid after click on one button. In grid i show some quantity.I also show sum of quantity at the end. I set menupopup of columns to auto. when i do sort or group it also sort sum row. I don't want to sort sum row. How to do that ?? Thanks in advance.
