How to customize Dial Chart to show semi circle instead of full one?

By default, I believe Dial Chart always shows a full circle but I want to use semi circle instead. Sorry for not providing a image as I don't have enough karma. But is it possible and how could I do that? Any reply would be greatly appreciated.
