borderlayout autoscroll event

Hello all

how can I get scrollbar scrolling event for borderlayout

like

< center autoscroll="true" border="0" hflex="1" onScroll="alert('test scroll event')" >

I can get nothing for the scrolling event, what is wrong for my code?
