HI all,

I installed Zk spreadheet application on my system to test, and when i try to enter values like "123-456" into the spreadsheet cell ,it got changed to "29736", similarly i tried to enter "222/111" and this got changed to "32405".

Is this a bug or is a cell formatting issue , if this some thing related to cell formatting then how we can control it.

thanks.

Hi mavula,

Can you provide your test zul that replicates this issue? Also, can you try the spreadsheet with a black excel file?

Regards,
Simon

Hi Simon pai,

thank you for replying.

I have not created any new zul file. I downloaded the latest verison of zk spreadsheet zss-app-2.0.0-Beta3.zip from http://code.google.com/p/zkspreadsheet/downloads/list.
After unzipping the folder , i used zssapp.war file and deployed on my local tomcat server.

opened browser, and launched the application at http://localhost:8080/zssapp/ . I could see the "Ratio Analysis, Input Worksheet" on the browser.
Then select any blank cell of the sheet and enter any number in the format xxx-xxx or xxxx/xxx like 234-6 , 344/2 and when you press enter key on keyboard, the cell value changes to some junk number. like 32665 , 36009. The problem arises only when you enter numbers.

thanks.

Hi mavula,

Please post this issue to our bug tracker. In ZK Spreadsheet we follow the spec of Microsoft Excel. If you spot a different behavior, we will consider it as an issue.

Thanks,
Simon
