In this zip file there are 2 seperate .ear files. I have imported the zkdemos-all.ear into my dev environment (IBM's Rational Software Development
platform) and can see the package nicely. However, if I try to deploy the .ear file onto a server running WebSphere Application Server (version 5.1) I get errors back. These errors are:

AppDeploymentException: []
com.ibm.etools.archive.exception.DeploymentDescriptorLoadException:
WEB-INF/web.xml

Is this ear file really "deployable" as is? Do I need to install something else before the .ear can be deployed properly?

Or am I just missing something obvious here???

Appreciate anyone's help on this.
