I have a very volatile form which has bunch of data entry fields (textfields, checkboxes etc..). The form is very volatile means the users often ask to add/remove fields in the form. In order to avoid changes to model class I am thinking to store all the form fields in XML rather than discrete properties in a java object.

Is there any way that I can bind XML to form fields? I am looking for two way binding.

Now seems the only place is to write special TypeConverter and do the trick there.
