Hi,
How I can localize the window title?
also is there anyway to changing the size of window title? [it's text, and maybe it's frame?]

For localization, refer to Internationalization in developer's guide.
Size of window title is adjusted automatically.

If you want to change the style of Window's text and border, check Chap7 "ZUML with the XUL Component Set" regrading Window. You have to modify css files.
