Hello everybody,

I recently installed IE8 cause I was having some trouble with some sites and I gave it a try to see if maybe it corrected the problem (it didn't) and I also tried with firefox 3... to see if maybe the problem was related to ms internet explorer (it wasn't).

But anyways, I tried running my zk webapp to see how it looked and at first everything was working spectacularly, it even render faster and the menus seemed smoother...until I got to one of my zuls that has a tabbox with about 6 tabpanels, each one of them with and <include>. And one of those include's source is another zul with another tabbox in mold="accordion-lite".

But when I click one of the tabs, the others don't behave like they used to with IE7, because after a click they appear to be out of place, some of them disappear, then when you click on another tabpanel they appear again......

So I was wondering what could I do about this?

I'm pretty concerned because maybe one of my users downloads IE8 or firefox 3.+ and that would be a problem....

Thanks in advance for your answers!

Hi judacoor,
While the IE8 hasn't release it's official release version, we are continuing testing and verifying the compatibility of it between ZK, so, please be patient... :)

Hi

I found another compatibility problem with IE8.
It seems that the

Clients.scrollTo(2147483647 ,0);

has no more effect in the Browser. With Firefox or IE7 it works fine, not even the compatibility mode from IE8 seems to support this.

Hi mk,
Can you try to reproduce that situation in IE8's compatibility view?

I was able to change the behavior.

I tried it with Clients.scrollBy(100) and it works, it seems IE8 is a little picky with the value.
