Hello,

I m using the Y-Grid component and I want the user able to edit the content.I am using the "editable=true" and I can edit the field of my row. But when the edition is done, I want to save it in my database. I did not understand how it is possible. I would see an event (onChange) fired when the user edits the field but it seems no event is triggered during edition ?
Thank for your help

Hi,

You can listen the onChange event on the Y-Label.

Thanks for your reply.

But I thought about a global event. IN this case, I have an event on the y-label but only on the label. I don't see how I could make a link with my Y-grid model.
Indeed, my row is an object. Having just the label doesn't give me which row and column the user modified ?

Hi,

You can get the parent via the label, and then use the row to get the column where it indexed.

"row to get the column where it indexed" => by using getSelectedItem() ?

Yes will try that. Thank you
