Hi,

I am an .NET Programmer but I am really impressed with ZK. Can this work out on C# and ASP.NET 2.0?

Any help?

Thanks.

Is there an interpreter for C#?

We are figuring which platform to port next. At the server side, there are PHP, Ruby and C#. At the client, there are J2ME and flash. We'll choose one as an example to illustrate the porting, but the schedule is too early to say.

Hi Tom,

I'm not sure about the interpreter but I've seen some projects embed C# in XML.
One of them is MyXaml (http://www.myxaml.com).

Did you try Atlas? Any comments about it?

Tomyeh ...
Atlas is amazing :x I will tell you the truth... Nothing can beat how simple it is. But if you were gonna create zk for ASP.NET 2.0 you would use ATLAS to simplify stuff.
Take a look at their website http://atlas.asp.net and look at their tutorial videos.
Personally I would say it is a nice way to do ajax applications. If ZK can do a framework that extends Atlas to do enriched controls that would be nice. But within ASP.NET everyone does controls these days.

Thanks for your information. Altas, in my observation, is great for its integration with Visual Sutdio. Altas itself is afterthough -- not bad but the backward compatibility stalls its potential.

What really prevent us from entering .NET is Microsoft. I was there since writing DOS programs for tuitions:)
