It looks like you have a ZK EE-powered project. At the end of the first year, renewal is required as long as you continue developing the project, making changes, fixing bugs, or deploying it to new customers and clients.

If you have done your project and are not making any changes or any development work at all (your customer is using the app as-is), you do not need to renew the license.
