Hello Vicky,

1. If you cannot login, please make sure you are using your ZK forum "user name" instead of your "email address" to log in to ZK downloads

2. If you believe you have successfully logged in but are still seeing the login page, please open a new tab at zkoss.org to see if you are logged in (example here). If the initial of your user name is displayed, you are logged in and you should be able to navigate to the target page and download the required resource.
