If you are seeing "Uptime Exceeded Limit", it means you are using the trial version, not the licensed copy.

Upgrading to the licensed version requires no code change. All you need to do is to correctly include the licensed library. Depending on how you set up your project:

• with maven: please make sure you are using the official (ee) repository in your pom file. Your maven credentials are listed in the "delivery" document which you got from us when you purchase the product.

• without maven: please make sure that you have removed the evaluation jar file and are using the licensed ZK Charts binary file that you download from premium download.

If you still have an issue, please contact [email protected]. Remember to include your Invoice Number (or License Certificate number) so we can identify you as a customer. Tell us if you use maven or not, how you upgraded the project, any error messages or warnings, and anything that's not working as expected, and we will help.
