Does it CKeditor run on CE zk Version 8.6.0. ?

ZK (CE, PE, EE) is the core framework, and ZK CKEditor is a separate add-on.

ZK CKEditor is available here: https://github.com/zkoss/zkckeditor/releases and also in the maven repository. And yes, it can be used together with ZK CE 8.6.0.
