Avoid set focus when paging in grid and listboxes

Hi,

I realised that when I click on next page button in grids and listboxes, when I got the last page the focus is automatically set to the paging textbox:

How can I avoid that for every listbox and grid? I cannot use the listboxes ids because they are nested in grid details.

We are now using 9.6.0.1 ZK version.
