ZK Scrollbar on touch devices

I am using ZK CE 8 and 9.

Is there any way to make the ZK rendered scrollbar scrollable on touch devices?

I have a Windows Notebook with touch monitor and I can't scroll with fingers.

It works when setting attribute

org.zkoss.zul.nativebar="true"

But I don't want the browser rendered scrollbar if possible.
