Hello,
I created this fiddle. What I need to do is to create a new tab/tabpanel everytime the button is pressed. The first time it works well, but each time I press the button after the first time I get an error. I noticed that if the mold is the default one, no errors are thrown, however I need the accordion mold.
Can someone help? Thank you.

The bug prevents you from adding an input component inside a caption of a Tab. You might need to put the Radio in a different place, e.g. inside a Tabpanel.
