Hi,

I have a grid like this:

In order to save space, is it possible to remove the button that opens the menu pop up from all columns except the first one?

Thank you, Javier

The way I'd approach that would be to hide the buttons from client-side using CSS:

Set a sclass on the target columns, and use that sclass to set those buttons as display:none;

Hi,

It seems that those buttons are not displayed but column width is not shrinking and I want column width to be as tight as possible, like those buttons would not exist.

Is that possible?

We are using sizedByContent="true" in the grid component and hflex="min" in the column.

Thank you!

https://zkfiddle.org/sample/1n6hjff/5-keep-column-visiblity looks as what you described when using sizedByContent="true" and hflex="min". Please provide a runnable example if you need help with a specific scenario. This will make help in a forum more efficient.

Can you post the sample to a zkfiddle? seeing what sizing you have set on the different components would help to understand what is happening here.

Hi, I just opened the sample you gave me: https://zkfiddle.org/sample/1n6hjff/5-keep-column-visiblity

And run it with Iceblue:

Hey there,

Were you refering to the padding on the columns causing some additional spacing to the right side?

You can also control that with CSS: https://zkfiddle.org/sample/1n6hjff/8-keep-column-visiblity
