Hello.
It is longtime that I'm trying to run the ZUL Visual Editor but no way.
I'm using Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers. Version: Mars.2 Release (4.5.2) Build id: 20160218-0600
I have install ZK VE from the Eclipse marketplace.
I have created a ZK project using the Eclipse assistant but no way (see attached pictures).
I have got these error messages into the Error Log eclipse window namely:
Could not create the view: org.zkoss.eclipse.ve.ui.views.vebrowserview
Invalid input url:platform:/plugin/org.zkoss.eclipse.ve/icons/viewIcon/ve.png
Unable to resolve plug-in "platform:/plugin/org.zkoss.eclipse.ve/icons/viewIcon/ve.png".
Invalid input url:platform:/plugin/org.zkoss.eclipse.ve/icons/viewIcon/ve.png
I'm using ZK CE 8.6.0.1

Visual Editor was an older product no longer being maintained. The main purpose of VE was for "instant preview" when any change occurs -- such feature has been included in modern IDEs. Please check our Efficient Development training course to learn about the recommended tools.
