Please suggest/help out how to auto adjust column width based on max text in cell

Currently, there is no such feature. There is a feature request you can track and vote: https://tracker.zkoss.org/browse/KEIKAI-416

The feature (https://tracker.zkoss.org/browse/KEIKAI-416 support column width autofit) you looked for was implemented. Please try it out with version 5.7.0.FL.20210316-Eval. You can also check the example in the developer reference project.
