how to install emoji plugin for wysiwyg editor (wysiwyg)?

I have a requirement where my toolbar must only provide an option of adding a Emoji. I checked and found that there is a Emoji plugin shipped with CKEditor but I am unable to enable it editor area.

];

Can anyone please help?
