After upgrade to zk 8.5, the default padding pixel are changed. All of my layout become unsuitable, is there any way to keep the padding setting of zk 8.0? Should I replace all zk component padding in css file?

Yes ZK 8.5 comes with a new default theme, please reference this discussion: https://forum.zkoss.org/question/109899/maintain-styling-while-upgrading-to-85/#109900

Alternatively you can upgrade to 8.6, it comes with an iceblue-compact theme which has both the modern iceblue style and a smaller margin/padding compatible with previous default themes.
