First of all, your idea is great!
I was looking into similar solutions for rich web intranet applications.
However there is some points

1. Undeployable on our primary application server, Macromedia JRun4 (updater 5 service pack applied) java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException
at com/potix/web/servlet/Charsets.java:114

After many attempts to recomple and repackage all packages, I compiled only patched Charsets.java and updated pxweb.jar, and after deploying I got another error:
11 25.11.2005 10:03:20
com.potix.web.servlet.dsp.InterpreterServlet doGet:80
SEVERE: Not found: /page.dsp

Given up. However, working nice on Tomcat 5.0.27

2. Source distribution is missing files in **/mesg packages.
I was forced to decompile from jars.

3. Weird source tree format.
Things to go into jar (resources) are placed inside src/archive folder. Unable to create jar using Eclipse IDE built in features.
Ok, you`ve got ant script, I just like eclipse :-)

4. Poor default interface styles.
Large spacing and padding and small fonts.
How can I change them (i.e. override with my styles, not per *.zul page, but for whole application?)

5. Uncertain browser support. I need to know exact supported Internet Explorer versions.
IE 5 ? IE 5.0 ? IE 6.0 ?

6. Context menu widget. For listboxes and tree for example.
Dynamic customization (creation) of context menu, per item.

7. Dynamic tree generation. I need ability to load more data by clicking [+] on tree item.
