Hello MadhuAtOded,

Looks like your server replied "404 - page not found" How did you deploy to tomcat? are you running from IDE, or did you push a war file? Have you checked tomcat/webapps/[your app name]/index.zul to see if this file is actually there?

If you look at your catalina.log, do you see any error?

In any case, it looks like the problem is at tomcat level or below.
