ZK 8.5 getResource failing

Hi, I'm getting a lot of NullPointerExceptions for resources e.g.

Severe: Message code not found: 27112040 not in enGB:[org.zkoss.zul.mesg.MZul, /metainfo/mesg/msgzul] Info: Loading labels for enGB Severe: java.lang.NullPointerException at org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext.getResource(StandardContext.java:7133) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationContext.getResource(ApplicationContext.java:386) at org.apache.catalina.core.ApplicationContextFacade.getResource(ApplicationContextFacade.java:259) at org.zkoss.web.util.resource.ServletLabelLocator.locate0(ServletLabelLocator.java:94) at org.zkoss.web.util.resource.ServletLabelLocator.locate(ServletLabelLocator.java:77)

If I switch to another locale e.g. enUS or enGA I get the same problem??? My code has no locale strings in it at all. I've added in empty resource property files to no avail.

Is there a bug in ZK 8.5?
