the version 7.0.8.1 is only available in the PE and EE version. Or as an evaluation version on maven version 7.0.8.1-Eval (the -Eval suffix has been introduced since 7.0.4 to distinguish between the Eval and non Eval versions).

For CE versions up to 7.0.3 have been released. (not a bug)
